Meet The Owners

Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith is devoted husband, loving father, housing advocate, and serial entrepreneur on a mission to revolutionize affordable living for all. Kevin’s passion for entrepreneurship started at the young age of 12 years old, where he performed landscaping for neighbors. Fast forward years later he now owns and operates 4 successful businesses and employees over 35+ team members. His goal is to fuel dreams and build futures through entrepreneurship and philanthropy while contributing to the group home industry and helping as my individuals along the way as possible.

Kimberly Smith

Kimberly Smith is a passionate hard working mother of three with an extensive background in nursing as a medical assistant and phlebotomist. She quickly became a senior back office manager overseeing patient’s, as well training and career development for entry level nurses. For years Kimberly has been a noteworthy leader caring for others while assisting Kevin with his multiple businesses. Together they have launched Helful Hands Residential with dreams of providing individuals with safe affordable housing.

We are located in Metro Atlanta, but we take referrals from all over the country.
